The Silver City
The majestic towers of the Silver City broke far above the morning mist as Tam and Marla strode from the treeline. Farmlands and fields flowed across the wide, low hills leading to the capital. Even the barest hint of sun through the cloudy sky seemed to make the city shine with brilliance. "There it is, Marla." Tam gripped her shoulder excitedly. "There is where we start fresh, anyone has a chance in the Silver City!" They grinned at each other and started along the road to their new life, a life within the Silver CityThe glory of The Rothan Empire is exemplified by The Silver City. From a distance, it shines like a beacon across the Great (And Glorious) Plains. The capital city has never fallen in the nearly 800 years since its founding and doesn't seem likely to.
Life in The Silver City
There is rarely a day that goes by where there isn't some sort of event happening within the captial city. Shows play every night in a number the theatres, both inside and outside. The merchant squares rarely shut down before sundown so there is always shopping to be done. The night life then takes over with bustling taverns, night fishing along the man-made rivers that flow through the city, and of course... night life brings out the more interesting characters of the city as well.Nobility

Geography
The Silver City itself sits on the widest hill in The Great (and Glorious!) Plains, now sheered off on all sides to create a natural defense.
Staring out from the walls of the capital, one would be greeted by green and brown rolling hills covered in farmlands and small farming communities. Small pockets of trees and massive boulder dot the landscape as well, and rivers flow in from both the east and west side of the continent.
