The Abyssal Court

The opulent court of influence held in the center of the Demon Lord's realms, at the peak of a no-man's-land city where none of the ten have control. The Abyssal Court is populated by strong demons or those who wield influence, but have not attained the power necessary to be considered one of the Demon Lords. Their court acts as both social setting and a place of business, where demon lords and the more powerful creatures of the Abyss engage in revelry, discussion of territories, bargaining, alliances, backstabbing, and sometimes literal stabbing. While the Demon Lords hold the most singular influence in the Abyssal Court on their own, there are many alliances of other demons who maintain a great deal of say in what edicts the Court puts out.
In recent news, one of the less powerful demons who attended the court regularly- the corpulent sire demon Patraavex- was slain by agents of the Silver Fang while he was visiting one of Oryx's strongholds near the Black Pyramid.
