Ruled by the iron hand of the Regent, the Amantean Empire is one of the most prodigiously wealthy and influential on the global political sphere. Its trends dictate those of many of its neighbors.

Structure

Centralized around The Regent of Amanthea, the power structure of the Amantean Empire is designed to provide maximum oversight by The Regent while also reducing any effective rebellion from within. This has resulted in the Amantean Empire becoming only efficient and effective on the national level and nearly non-existent at the local level. Local Lords are functionally independent, as long as they keep their activities out of gaze of the Regent and his aids.
