The Hook Poker Circle

An underground gambling ring run by halflings in The Holy City of Abadar. Due to its illegality and the punishments that would be dealt out by The Abadarian Episcopate to anyone caught, the organization is very closed and secretive.

Structure

The organization is set up as an oligarchy, with control passing down through a family line.

Public Agenda

The goals of the organization are simple: make money, and don't get caught.

Assets

The organization receives minimal government influence from wealthy nobles in the city, and owns a few front shops. A total of five front shops are owned: 2 tea parlors, 1 spice shop, 1 tavern, and a smokehouse. While they do not own any underground systems, the sewers and catacombs are widely used for secret city travel.
