Grimgore
Iron Eyes Grimgore (a.k.a. Grim)
Grimgore "Iron Eyes" or "Grim" as he is referred to by his friends, grew up in the gutter as a street urchin coming under the influence of one of the many underground gangs of the Capital. Utilized for his quiet guile and quick strength the young half-orc made for an excellent spy and advance scout and would have quite possibly made a name for himself in the Capital's criminal underground world if it had not been for the fortuitous intervention of fate. The most Holy Church of Abadar, the strongest religious and political force in the Capital and perhaps even the nation was not oblivious to the great city's festering nest of lowly bottom feeders that plagued its society, and therefore employs a portion of its vast resources in monitoring and controlling the undergrounds population and activities via patrols and raids from its infamous military wing, the Order of the Golden Key. It was during one of these raids that the young Grimgore was taken captive and eventually retrained and indoctrinated to serve the Order's purposes. Sent down to same dark, dank, dungeonlike sewers and catacombs to hunt the creatures and criminals he once lived alongside, Grimgore has since earned the name "Iron Eyes", for there is no hiding from in the dark from a creature that was born in it.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Well Built, strong while not lacking in fine motor skills either.
Body Features
Frequent scars run across Grim's body including his face from his main encounters his desperate beasts and men.
Facial Features
When not covered in shadow from the night or a hood, Grim's face is nothing pretty to look, and downright frightening when snarling and in interrogation mode. Although more orcish in appearance than most Grim lacks the tusks sported by many of his purebred orc brethren.
Identifying Characteristics
Dirty. A sewer rat is hardly ever not absolutely filthy and even when off duty Grim makes little effort to put on stylish airs, preferring a healthy layer of grime to coat his brutish body.
Physical quirks
Besides the aforementioned general dirtiness, Grim carries quite an odor with him wherever he travels. The lingering smell of sewer never far behind his figure. In addition Grim is quite the fan of raw onions and garlic often seen snacking on the "treats" both on and off duty at his favorite inn, giving the inquisitor breath that would make an ogre shudder much to the chagrin of his allies and enemies alike.
Apparel & Accessories
A wanderer of the night and hidden areas of the city, Grim tends to sport a black cloak over his weapons and armor. In addition all sorts of odd trappings and luck charms peculiar (rabbits feet, ogre teeth necklaces, etc.) to the superstitious orc society bedeck the Inquisitor. Superstitious practices are not uncommon amongst the peasants of Abadarian society, within the Church's holy orders it is looked down upon.

Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Because of Grimgore's general insignificance during his youth and into his life, he is almost apathetic to advancement in his field. His goal is instead to bring about reform of The Abadarian Episcopate and the Order of the Golden Key. However, upward mobility in the Order of the Golden Key is severely limited for Grimgore being a Sewer Rat and a half-orc of lowly birth so after nearly 15 years of service as an Inquisitor he has become quite disillusioned with his dreams of reform. Of late, Grim takes comfort and pleasure in his work, focusing on outwitting and tracking down his prey and bringing what little justice he can in the underworld of Abadar. His obsession for last 3 years has been the hunting of a powerful sewer creature that killed his last partner Old Dirk the Ogre (not an actual Ogre).

Young middle aged Half-orc Inquisitor. Scarred, dirty, with an all around shabby appearance, "Grim" as his friends refer to him has quite the unassuming appearance for a half-orc being downright ignored by anyone above his station which is most everyone
