Bloody Beginnings for the Red Boar

A particularly brutal King when he first placed the crown upon his head it was with bloody hands. A cousin had appeared at Claude's coronation to protest it and Claude struck him with a piece of marble, killing him. This also served as a warning to everyone, that Claude's reign will bring forth a wave of blood flowing through the land like rivers. Anyone who dared stand against Claude was swiftly and brutally killed, granting Claude the name "The Red Boar" not only for the crest of his house but also for the blood he spilled.

Conquest of the Kingdoms

Claude began his by invading the nearby Duchy of Sentilia. During the invasion the Red Boar's soldiers occupied a castle held by the Kingdom of Comde, under the pretext of believing it was an enemy fort. Comde demanded the castle be returned to them, with reperations. Claude would never accept such deal, Claude said "If it was your possession then you would not have lost it." Thus war broke out.
