Dwarven Fortification

In the year 1348 HM Rocelia payed the Dwarven Confederacy a towering sum of gold in order to reinforce the elven fortresses on the western rocelian border. The dwarves upgraded the tarnished fortresses into true bulwarks in less than six decades, followed by a diminshing rate of attacks, which allowed Rocelia to regroup itself.
