Rasuto Hoopu
Rasuto Hoopu is a smaller city in West Andaria bordering the Sekarlin Desert. Together with the city of Kessik, that lies upstream of the river Inochi that sources from the Marrón Wall mountain range, it is the last frontier before wandering into the dangerous desert region.
Rasuto Hoopu borders at the beautiful lake Aoshin that is surrounded by the beautiful and headstrong plants constituting the so so-called Moon Grove: tall trees with red leaves, strong bushes carrying plenty of edible fruits and pleasant grass. It is said that the druid and adventurer Ehothilia lived his last years here and that his will to this day protects this small oasis. Between the Second and the Third Age a large group of settlers from outside of Andaria settled down in Rasuto Hoopu; families and soldier from the far continent of Ryuu took residence and assimilated into the populace, while preserving and sharing large parts of their culture up to this day.
