This big red flower produces a bulbous fruit is filled with a miky liquid that contains a highly addictive drug. But this plant is used by doctors everywhere. If dosed at the proper levels it puts you to a sleep that not even an amputation will disturb. But if dosed higher than that it kills and lower than that it will get you pleasantly high.
The liquid can be refined for all uses.
Effect: If a fruit is consumed the target must make a DC 20 Fortitude save or fall asleep. After each round the target takes 1d3 Strength damage if it failed the repeated saving throw. It takes 2 successful saves to fully resist the poison. Otherwise this goes on until the target is dead. If resisted successfully the target regains consciousness after 1d8 hours.
