Nightshade

This beatiful flower is highly poisonous and a favorite of assassins. Late in summer it produces dark sweet tasting berries. Furthermore ALL of the plant is poisonous with the root being the most toxic of all. Assassins who know their stuff harvest the leaves around the berries as they leave no taste in food and contain more toxin than the berries (which taste sweet) making them deadlier.

Effect: If consumed raw the target must make a DC 18 Fortitude Saving Throw after an onset time of 1 minute. If failed the target takes 1d4 Constitution damage and becomes nauseated. After 1 minute the target can roll a safe again. This repeats until either the target dies or resists the poison and recovers over 1d3 days.
