Lapis Columnae

The Lapis Columnae mountain range was once the heart and back of the kingdom of Oppond. Ranging for about 200 miles it is encircled by sparsely populated broadleaf forests. The mountain range attracts and claims most of the local cloud masses, which subsequently rain down frequently and heavily all around the direct vincinity of Lapis Columnae, but little to the surrounding areas.
It is infamously known to harbour countless amounts of undead seemingly forced to roam forever in the vicinity of the shadow of the mountains.
