Cap Ture

The ironicly named city of Cap Ture lies to the south of the Perturbing Strait in the Risky Waters, where island and reefs build a continuous mesh of dangerous terrain. The city has been constructed on a large island more resembling a rock than an island and over the course of centuries been equipped with an evergrowing arsenal of weapons and defense artillery.
