Holy Books & Codes

Divine Symbols & Sigils

Waves Raindrops

Tenets of Faith

Everything must flow. Change is constant. Don't fight the current.

Holidays

Nawanne (nah-WAHN) is celebrated during the spring equinox, which is also the beginning of the rainy season in many places. It is celebrated by change - anything from rearranging furniture to starting a new relationship. Almost everyone wears a new outfit on Nawanne, and people perform roles that they are unaccustomed to.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

To keep Ancora's rivers flowing, to distribute precipitation, and to keep everything progressing.

Personal history

Nawan is one of the most frequently seen of the dragon gods. They are often seen playing in or near the ocean, and they love to bathe in small lakes. Nawan is most known for their sense of humor - they enjoy puns and clever wording.

Gender Identity

They use the somewhat-confusing plural pronouns "they" for lack of more appropriate ones. Gender is unnecessary for the Six, anyhow.

Sexuality

Not applicable.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Nawan is responsible for keeping the rivers moving and the rain (or snow) at a life-sustaining level.

Failures & Embarrassments

Every so often, Nawan will fail to visit a certain area, resulting in drought. This is generally an oversight (usually remedied after a gentle reminder from Paden), but they have been known to punish certain societies by withholding water or flooding places for brief periods of time.

Mental Trauma

They are a rather well-balanced individual.

Intellectual Characteristics

Nawan is rather practical and a very skilled linguist.

Morality & Philosophy

Everything must flow - though we may not see it, even the most still pond is changing.

Taboos

The fastest way to get on Nawan's bad side is to try to stop or attempt to ignore change. Those that hold hard-and-fast to outdated modes of thinking may just find themselves in a drought.
