Summer Camp Pledge

With the release of Bunkers and Badasses, the Borderlands TTRPG, I am about to embark on my first ever worldbuilding journey. With only a few pre-made adventures for the new system, the time seems ripe to jump in the deep end and attempt to create my own homebrew adventure to run for my players.   Naturally, this means a huge opportunity is present for the creation of a new world. I am keen for my end result to be compatible with the existing Borderlands lore and universe as much as possible. As such, the intention is to build a world contained within one planet, accessible after the events of Borderlands 3. Keeping the adventure within one planet allows me to bring different biomes and vibes to various parts of it, and not have to worry too much about how inconsistent things are to an area already exposed to players in the video games.   So where does Summer Camp fit in? I am painfully early in this creation process, and even the basic ideas are in infancy. But this event seemed too useful to pass on, and is hopefully going to kick me into gear a little. So, I am hoping that through this process, I can generate the framework for a world dynamic and alive enough to run an exciting campaign in.   My pledge, though it be ambitious for my schedule for the month, is to complete 16 prompts and earn a silver badge. For me, achieving this would be a great start in setting myself up with the structure of this world, and put me in a position to continue regular productive work on it after the event ends.   All of this is brand new to me and rather daunting, but let's take the leap, shall we?
