Ioakand

Once known as Mandriah, and later renamed as Ioakand due to Ioa 's fang and scale falling into the town square when Erek-Hus killed him. This resulting in destroying large sections of the city, but due to this event also save the city. It was theorized that Ioa 's remains helped hold most of Mandriah together during the fracturing, thus allowing most humanoid races to exist after the fracturing.
