Thistlethorne is a popular ingredient to the Abidians in that they regularly give it to their livestock mortal Erosians in the form of tea to drink, it is highly unpleasant to the mortals but increases the potency of their ichor and causes their blood to take on a unique taste and texture preferable to the Abidians.
