Dekamedo is the Watch Captain for the wealthier south-western district of Thistle Hold. Far from making him soft, the responsibility has driven him to excel and enforce the laws and regulations of Thistle Hold with unwavering commitment.
He does not suffer fools, will not hear excuses and expects a similar level of dedication from those under his command.
His fate remains unknown following the desolation of Thistle Hold by the curse of Karlaban's Bane.
