Baumelo, Black Cloak -DECEASED-
Baumelo is a notoriously uncompromising Black Cloak who has been known to put entire villages to the tourch under suspicion of corruption. He mostly keeps to the border hamlets and towns of Davokar where he believes the darkness of the woods is at its worst and the plague of heretics most pernicious.
The Twilight Friars confirmed that Baumelo was killed by cultists in a small village near Glimmervann.
