Artek Valotzar, Patriarch of the Valotzar Family

Artek Valotzar is as softly and carefully spoken as most dwarves, with the exception that he conducts himself with an air of authority that conveys his own sense of power and superiority. The Valotzar family wield a great deal of power and influence in Yndaros, and the patriarch knows it. If the other families are up to something, he will know it, and if he doesn't know it, he will want to know it.
