Amber

Ice sheets with labyrinthine caves burrowing deep below. Circular craters heated by geothermal vents mark the only habitable locations.   The largest known crater is named Canta, which houses the fortress-city of Amber. When the three nations of Canta are threatened by external forces, they band together in Amber to survive the assaults.   Not much is known of what is out past Canta. There's a few smaller craters that act as outposts or retreats for those more comfortable away from others. Few folk explore beyond due to the severe and most commonly deadly weather and terrain.   The three nations of comprised of Souilina, Alari, and The Vale. Souilina is primarily an elven nation. Souilens tend to keep to themselves, but except others to listen to them and obey without question. Alari is governed and populated mostly with humans. The government is a leader selected by the elders of the three human clans. The Vale is populated by many different races, but the most prominent are those who are seen as social outcasts, such as half elves and tieflings. They're often blamed for trouble, regardless of the probability of their involvement. Most are not trusted by members of the other nations.
