Gran's Christmas

Even in the beyond, a mysterious place which might be filled with more deadlier animals and plants then then alternia, has the capability to be host to the christmas spirit. even if most of the other inhabitants are those weird horned creatures who have no idea what a santa claus is, they where all still somehow ropped into gradmas christmas party. Her house is decorated in christmas light she had stored in her attic before the merge and theres an inflatable minion santa in her... "front yard". Gradma herself sits in her rocking chair with a santa hat on, the door to her house wide open. The scent of freshly baked goods waft from it as "jingle bells" plays on her record player. It's a wonder why it hasn't attracted every animal in a 50 mile radius at this point. "Come in come in, theres room for you all! Atleast, I think there is."
Levi, to be honest, stuck out like a sore thumb. His dress was an obnoxious red colour (which he loved), but definitely wasn’t ideal for going to places like this. Meaning: Monsters or whatever would probably have spotted him by now if he hadn’t been careful.   Not to say that all of them are hostile, but the teen didn’t exactly want to take any chances of dying. Dying doesn’t sound fun, at least not to him.   He came upon a house, his eyes wide. Oh, this probably meant socializing. But his uncle suggested that he go and talk to others. Which was a little uncharacteristic of him, knowing how the man being as protective as he is. Little did “pops” know, Levi had snuck a dress with him. The Dude would definitely not approve, he had a very..fixed idea on gender roles and such.   When he saw what looked to be a friendly, elderly woman on a porch- Levi waved in a friendly manner, praying something wouldn’t randomly pounce out and try to eat him.
Platae was passing by, apparently drawn by the sound of music. Who'd be all the way out here? He'd barely made it this far, and that was with a hoverboard of his own design. Some incredibly useful moss was a key component, and this weather wasn't good for it... but whatever, might has well head inside. None of the monsters were this sophisticated anyway, and Wormy needed a break. That hat couldn't be too comfortable for him, after all.   Coming to a stop in front of the house, Platae noted the decorations. The humans celebrated 12th Perigree's Eve, too, though in a distinctly alien way. The lights were sure to attract any night monsters, at the very least, and perhaps the inhabitants would need some kind of protection.
Traveling through the Beyond on the back of his lusus, Payule hummed an old folk tune as the wind blew past him. He became startled suddenly when his lusus came to a halt, sniffing the air before taking a detour in the direction towards something it smelled. “Hey, what’s all this about?” Payule was intrigued by the sudden change in direction, but definitely off put by it. Soon, the smell of what seemed to be baked goods filled Payule’s nose, and he gained sight of a shack in the distance. How had he not noticed this little place before? And what was that delightful smell coming from it?   He pulled the reigns on his lusus, stopping it from going any further before hopping off of it and heading towards the shack. He peeked inside for a second, hesitant to step in and weary of its inhabitants.
The very soft, yet distinct click....click....clack..... Noise filled the air as Treant wandered through The Beyond. It was the sound of his lantern, usually marking death for weary travellers who came across it's glow. He was a rather large troll, standing at 6'8", with long, curved horns made from the bone of some large Lusus. He pulled behind him a cart, filled with bodies of fallen trolls who'd met their end in this endless expanse.   The noise stopped when Treant did. That smell....what was that smell. It wasn't the usual smell of decay his nose had become accustomed to. Then it was the music. Cheery, annoying....Treant felt like his ears were bleeding. He had to stop that fucking noise. He gathered up the chain around his waist that attached him to the cart and continued on towards that awful sound.
The old lady's nodded at the numerous people who came to her humble aboad, numerous of who ride atop animals they managed to tame in the wilderness, how nice! She does hope that she cooked enough food.for all of them.. "hello! MyC my, I didnt except so many guests to arrive to my humble aboad!" She claps her hands together and gets off of her rocker, going inside of her house. "now come in dearies, dont want to food to get cold now do we?" She does hope that none of them become violent , after all it's just not the time of year where she would want to have to bury another body.
