Madiil Cargadan

Madiil Cargadan is the Great Chancellor of the Ivultis Alliance, elected by his pairs for eight years. Before his political career, he was a prolific arcanic engineer at the Ivultisian School of Magical Engineering where he developed the Sphericon with Val Mortan.
