• You become adapted to cold climates and ice-cold water. Additionally, reduces any cold damage taken by 4.
• You become adapted to hot climates and only need to drink half as much water per day, and have advantage on Constitution saving throws to avoid exhaustion from a lack of water. Additionally, reduces any fire damage taken by 4
• You become acclimated to high altitude, including elevations above 20,000 feet. Additionally, reduces any cold or fire damage taken by 2.
