The Black Sanctum

The Black Sanctum (?) is an underground organization that is unofficially a group related to the country of Sanctum Vantis. Though their focuses are less military and more stealing technological, magical secrets or resources. Kidnapping or enslaving of citizens and then turning those resources over to Vantis for monetary gain. 
Typically his organization functions in small cells in almost every country or region with a human populace, though their size changes depending.  In Eden they typically function has slavers who raid small camps, trader caravans and towns. Where they will seek to capture has many has possible to send back to Sanctum Vantis for use a labor force or other purposes. 
In Nexia they are a criminal organization that holds undergound fight arenas, slave markets, gambling dens and drug markets. Though they are more focused on selling, trading and procuring either illicit goods, or the exportation of materials bought using money earned through their gambling or drug dens.  Their slavery operations are much more limited has Nexia's police force is constantly hunting and breaking down their operations. 
Asterians have the smallest issues but that is more due to surveillance and their reclusiveness making nearly impossible to get a man on the inside, and even then more times then not being exposed by how blatantly obvious they stand out once inside.
This group is also known to regularly perform unsanctioned demon summonings. Either to enslave the said demons to use has labor, or has living weapons, though they are also a source of these same demons breaking free and wreaking havoc upon where ever they've been summoned. This has caused at least a number of occasions where demons have been freed upon the mortal plane due to failed summonings or the demons breaking free of their summoners control.
