Alsafi

Alsafi is old, but no one knows how old. Alsafi has Gods, but no one knows what they are. Alsafi is brimming with magic, yet people dance with the advent of technology. Alsafi is dangerous and chaotic, even after the imprisonment of the Lady of Chaos. Alsafi is no paradise, but its home.   Filled with all kinds of nations and people, Alsafi is a grand stage on which not only are its men and women the players, but any one of them could be the hero. Stoic Humans and elegant and proper High Elves populate the ruling class, yet any one of them might pick up the family war-hammer and take to the wilderness to smash some Orcs. Speaking of Orcs, for every nomadic Orc tribe that exists there is an Orc artisan, wizard, tradesman, and gentleman.   Of all the nations of the world, the story of Rott-Shesas may be the most tragic. Known once as the First Nation and boasting an empire larger than its current land mass could contain, the island desert is now home to nomads, tribes, and city states of wildly varying law and repute. The conflict of this country has made it an enticing target for the Republic; Alsafi's most powerful empire, boasting control of most of its land and all of its sea.   In this world, nothing--not even the Truth of the Gods--is as it seems.
