Cullen

The lighthouse village on the southern side of the island, warning ships of the reef to the south. This reef is strongly populated by Sea Elfs and Sahuagin in conflict. This has caused the lighthouse to be more strongly fortified and make use of its light to protect both ships from the reef and the sea elfs from nightime assaults by the Sahuagin.
