Cabin at the edge of town

At the edge of town you find a small cottage that seems to be in a state of growing disrepair, visible by the overgrowth of plants outside and panels falling off the home, and the front door hanging ajar. The door creaks open with a bit of force, revealing that the interior of the cottage is in shambles, the wood of the table heavily decayed, layers of dust coating every surface in the room, and almost no light coming in through the dirt built up on the windows.
