Penelope is an Ondine with a soft spot for bards and others that use sounds to make a spectacle. Her former champion was a bard that played the bagpipes, but she doesn't quite remember his name, it was more than 100 years ago and the last attack from the Empress left her with memory loss. A relic from her people is a flute that has the power to fly. Penelope can be contacted onto the "real" world by playing her hymn with the flying flute
