Valena claims to be the most diverse, but those of Eutophia know the truth. It’s often hard to tell where one city stops and another begins. Outsiders joke that it’s all one massive city rather than a whole country. It’s a beacon of the future. Eutophian merchants are trying to spread the technology that has enhanced their lives to all those of Allora.
