Changeling

When healing magic goes horribly wrong for a pregnant woman, the child can come out as an amalgamation of features and skin tones. Many parents want nothing to do with them and as a result, not many live. Those who do tend to use their abilities for their own personal gain, financial or otherwise, so Changelings tend to be distrusted throughout society, being seen as something akin to a con man. Some aim to change that perception however, and use their powers as a form of artistry, starting up businesses where they are paid to do impressions of famous lords or someone's boss. Their powers are also used as a form of self-expression, the way most maidens use makeup, although their default skin color is grey, with pitch black eyes.
