Mesica Civil War

Description:

The war that truly caused the massive rift between all races of sentients, as well as rifts between those who had Calibers, and those without.
It came about as a result of tensions rising from the Eternal Battle, and the Allianced Nations forming. Those without Calibers felt helpless and subject to the will of those with Calibers, and protested against them, slowly getting more and more violent. Finally, tensions snapped between the different sentients. Homo Sapiens struck first, with Stischts trying to suppress Skiffs into submission and a near-slave-like state. Kekamotos join in the fray, taking pleasure in the bloodshed. This causes all other races to retaliate in anger against the genocide of their people. The war officially started in 4301, and officially ended seventy years later in 4370. Sentients still held hate towards each other long after the war, but during so they were at each others throats. the Mesica Civil War is considered the most defining moment for the entire country, and changed its course forever, having massive influences across the entire world. It's also the war that ended up giving equal rights to all races considered sentient at the time.
