The Makers
The makers are a small tribe of Half-giant forgers who specialize in divine and arcane tools or construct. They have the ability to reforge, repair or construct any magical device that comes cross their way.
The makers have been around since just before the beginning of the great Collapse creating weapons and armor as ordered by the grand deities for their holy champions and for themselves. After battles repairs would be made as told. However this sort of life, while making the makers popular among the forging minds of the world, was harsh and there was no freedom, eventually the makers simply disappeared from reality all together and hadn't been seen till around 589, where they started appearing across the continents but nobody really made contact. All sightings were the same, a group of about 8 armored half-giants, young and old, trekking through different cities in search of materials.
Today the makers live in seclusion, on the legendary floating islands of Basyus, the haven for any and all craftsmen. Said to be a place of infinite materials, resources, food, plants, water anything you could ever need to create anything that you could ever imagine. Course every Legend has something protection it, and in order to reach Basyus, you need to be able to locate it about 18000ft in the sky, and it slowly moves across the sky, inconsistently.
The Makers consist of 12 members, 2 elders, 8 adults, 2 couples and finally 2 kids, both still young;
Dreifus Malbind, around 297yrs old, long white hair and beard, slightly sunken facial features, wears lightweight armor walks around with a steal halberd, he's extremely well built and could probably kill a demon barehanded.
Then you have Mahserus Grifleck, about 284yrs old, bald head, bushy eye brows and short goatee, he wears heavy plate armor and carries a long handled great axe, he is just as well built and Dreifus and just as scary.
Next we have Delinah Swatch, a 130yr old female, short orange hair, green eyes. She normally wears a breastplate and leather skirt armor, tends to carry two hand-axes on her. She's married and along with her husband they run the forge on the island.
Belgrim Swatch, Delinah's husband, a 132yr old male, longer brown hair and stubble beard, a bit of a reddish brown eye color. He himself is currently the Master Maker and leading figure of the tribe. Belgrim wears light plate armor and carries around a massive rectangular meat cleaver, as well as a toolkit on his belt with hammers, chisels, pliers and any other thing needed for forging. He also carries a large arcane key around his neck, the Key of Makers. He along with his wife run the forge.
The other tribe members are simply background characters. Besides the children everyone here can fight and craft.
