Anchorage Ship Yard

The Ship yard along Port Luna is actually a partnership business owned by Delilah Denrock, Gregorio Denrock's Cousin, and Joseph Kulpen. They run repairs on any and all ships that enter the dockyard, they can also do a full rework of a ship that needs to be outfitted to store more goods, hold more defense measures or just be updated in general. The Company even designs and builds vessels for the military. All their services are well priced as well.

Course most ship construction happens at their test site further south, it's also where majority of their custom ships and prototypes are secured and protected by the military outpost there.

Delilah Denrock is a young and free spirited half-orc who loves building and designing ships, it gives her the freedom to be creative and she feels a lot of pride for her work. Her best friend and long time business parter, Joseph kulpen is a half-elven lad who loves to tinker and build propulsion machines, he's an ex-engineering researcher from Tinkerer's Construct back when it was still a small company. He got fired after they found him spending funds on personal work that would give no improvements to the company's current productivity and sales.

He then left the city and a year later, Anchorage ship yard was created and ever since then they've been a big part of the economy of Ee-jin.

Dock Warden Office This building is run by the Dock wardens, these important figures keep track of every ship, cargo haul and travelling passenger that enters both Port Sol and Luna. They also deal with docking fees, booking of passage on a ship, cargo orders and the use of warehouses on port sol. The office itself is run by their book keepers and everything is overseen by Head Warden Gillahaan Daxirr, a older but very stoic Dwarf who isn't afraid to give attitude to customers, clients or the law. Especially when their requests cause issues within the work place. Gillahaan sees his work space as a well oiled machine and is very passionate about things running smoothly, he's almost always there to keep issues from getting outta control. If there are any major issues, he wont hesitate to shut down both ports in order to fix the problem.

Gillahaan is so well known that some of the members of the Dorin Dominion wont hesitate to help him out when there are issues. And everyone knows he's a good man at heart, he just wants things to run smoothly. On some occasions both the Dominion and military turned a blind eye to him shutting down the port for a whole week due to a group of sketchy ships that had said they we're delivering livestock from Belnezia and then when questioned further attempted to flee the port. A full investigation went down and it turned out the ships we're attempting to smuggle out arcane scrolls and magic items that a small thieves had stolen from magic stores and the military. With the help of the WillowWind guild the ships we're brought in, the thieves were caught and they we're all arrested. The ships we're then sold and repurposed.

Thanks to this the Dock wardens are well respected and are easily identified by the anchor branded bandanna they wear.

Waterfront The waterfront area of Port luna is mostly filled with restaurants, cafe's and taverns, as well as some small trinket shops but nothing that is as impressive as the Shanarri shopping district.

There are also a couple Hotels and Inn's to stay at, though while the view is nice and the sunrises are amazing, the amount of people that come and go during the day might not be the kind of thing most tourists enjoy, thankfully there are a few places further south that are much more comfortable.
