Landmarks of Interest

Oongard Mining Settlement
A mining settlement in the Rongard mountains, which lie in the Southern parts of the Mizaylian Jungle, the settlement is home to the Oongards, a tribe of mountain dwarves.
To reach the village you can either travel on foot from the Sever Pineway to the base of the mountain range and continue on the rough mountain trails. Alternatively one can also hitch a ride on the T.C.C (Tinkerer's Construct Corporation) Tram, that travels straight from Ee-jin Valley on the 4 hour railway, passing parallel to the Sever Pineway and through the mountain range up to the village.
  -----
  Sever Pineway
The Sever Pineway is a dirt highway between Ee-jin Valley and Katarla, it was created around 446 E.E (Exploration Era) its not a direct route taking 3 weeks to reach Katarla (504 Miles/ 811km) on foot. The pineway was lined with massive Emperor Pine Trees that creates a sort of barrier between the jungle and the wide road.
There are a few camping plots and small military posts along the route which allows for safe resting while travelling, once it gets closer to Katarla the path splits in order to reach the Fishing Village of Zyen which about 2 weeks journey from the tri-junction, again there are places to camp and stay along the route.
This route is basically the only route to reach the Eastern Side of the Continent so there is always traffic on these paths, as well as the risk of bandits and massive creatures finding their way to the path.
  -----
  Tri-junction
The tri-junction is the intersection in the Sever Pineway which connects the roads between Katarla, Zyen and Eejin valley. As of th3 42nd Frozdyn 593 A.T construction began on turning the Tri-junction into a small trading town, Mirragrim. As of currently the settlement is somewhat functioning, but still under construction.
  ---
  Birchlin Logging Facility
5000 acres of forest that is farmed by the Birchlin Industry and then packed lightly process, sorted and packed at the Tram Station to be transported to back to the City.
There is a few buildings of tools and light machinery, as well as living quarters if they are needed, there is also a massive arcane powered fence around the land to keep creatures away.
  -----
  The Eastern Coastline
The Coastline along the entire eastern part of the Continent is mostly Cliffs and rocky ravines, however there are a few small coves and bays that pop up every now and then, the most well known are the Golden Bay which is where the Town of Katarla was built, the other is Tumeric Cove, which is where the village of Zyen was built.
  -----
  Mizaylian Jungle
A tropical jungle that takes up about a third of the Lexitrovian Continent. Filled with beautiful but dangerous vegetation and creatures, this forest is tough to survive in, but not impossible. Within the jungle there are a few open clearings, such as the Birchlin Industries logging facility, 5189 acres of land (21 Km sq or 8.1 Miles Sq filled with a storage facility, a tram station and a forestry field where trees are farmed.
Another opening on this side of the continent is the Rongard Mountains which lies a bit further south and is only about 12 Km (7.8 Miles) long. Within these mountains lies a mining settlement which Supplies Ee-jin Valley with metals.
The Jungle itself hasn't been explored all that much, however there have been one or two discoveries of ruins from a time before the Great Collapse of Alderfey, thus the possibility of treasure and relics.
The most common creature's to find within this Jungle are all manner of Reptiles, including large varieties, Apes, Insects, Owl-bears, Tigorilla's, a few species of jungle cats, Boars, many species of amphibians of all size also reside here.
  -----
Hiloarian Jungle This jungle sits in the South Western region of the continent. Unlike the Mizaylian Jungle this one has less dangerous vegetation and lacks that monstrous large variety of creatures. It is also has a larger abundance of Goblin-folk that make small villages, as well as trolls and ogres. Thankfully they tend to stay within the boundaries of the Forest.
Due to the vast amount of dangerous humanoid creatures, nobody has actually gone exploring into this jungle. So there are no records of what hidden structures, ruins or settlements there might actually be.
----- Norown Jungle The smallest jungle on the continent, this lies in the North Western region. This terrain is extraordinarily well known for its amount of dangerous vegetation and minuscule amount of creatures, there are definitely still insects, reptiles, amphibians and a few species of primates, but beyond that there is nothing. Additionally the weather here is often humid, overcast and filled with rain shower after rain shower.
Similar to the Hiloarian Jungle not much exploration into it has been done due to the dangerous vegetation.
  -----
  VereKline Farmland
Along the Sever Pineway between the Tri-junction and the Town of Katarla, the path leaves the jungle and passes through some open grasslands, these have been turned into a farming community of about 5 different farmhouses, each producing their own type of crops, and thanks to the busyness of the Sever Pineway, smaller and more pack-like monsters steer clear of the area, what's more is they can sell their produce to traders. The farmlands aren't that massive nor are they that far from the walls of Katarla, regardless there are still people posted at the farms for some sort of general security, especially at night.
  -----
  Reptillia Ruins
A large set of ruins in the Mizaylian Jungle, supposedly a structure from the Age of Beginning (A.B), a village of sorts or temple. The Clinikann Analytsa has done extensive research into it and have found traces of a older species that was most likely wiped out during the Great Collapse. The race was similar to large lizards, perhaps a sort of more advanced species of Lizard Folk.
After they had finished their discoveries they left the ruins to become one with nature. The structures now lay somewhere within the jungle, crumbling away and becoming overgrown.
  -----
  Tomb's Rest
A massive Graveyard of gargantuan creatures and Land Walkers that are reminiscent of the creatures that died during the Great Collapse, these skeletons and remains are way larger than any current Land Walkers. Many have speculated that there could still be creatures lurking somewhere in the world, however most are not so superstitious. Course one may never know, there is always a possibility.
The graveyard is never really visited but it can be seen in the distance while sailing along the southern parts of the Bengile river. In these times the area is usually crawling with some or other beast or tribe of vicious tribe who have used the place as shelter. A great place to hunt things, but definitely not for the faint hearted nor a lone adventurer.
