Kipran is a tough police investigator that never gives up on his quarry. He holds one of the highest ranking positions in the kingdom and is a personal investigator for the king but he cares more about solving the case or finding his quarry that about power/rank/position/money. His body is covered with devices of all sorts and he has a stat block similar to a "mage" but uses artificer like devices but has different spells than normal. He has a blue mustache and penetrating blue eyes, and an unusual seriousness for a gnome.
