Dark Briar Glen Plots
Questions: How to prepare for Dark Tower? How freely to use the water sphere? What to do with the dark tower, the box and the water sphere? How to get in to the Dark Tower? What to do next?
Plot lines:
0) Princess is going to leave soon, asks you not to delay. Bramzor (see 2) or Jonny asks you to hurry but make sure you are prepared first. Give letter from AL asking you to be prompt. 0a) Armchair "Ren ", smoke coming out of his mouth, Tells you about himself. Asks you about dying. Tells you about RA visit. 1) Letter from Wilfred asking you to help him 2) Bramzor is noticeable agitated about something (lost treasure) 3) Messenger from Zarr's rangers, asking for his assistance. Strange things going on. Giant spiders made of alivened are in the forest. A building that looks just like the library is the entrance to the beholders lair. 4) Potion shop: dreamed of eye, seeing shop, then changed 5) Upcoming fair, and ball 6) Thomas will arrive in the area soon
--Some alivened wish to be not alive and go to find rest. If the great eye looks upon you, you will rest.
Treasure Hunt Treasure map: leads to Ward Carmen, 4 memorable items:
Gem of True Seeing: Banker (NAME?) Green amulet: Coatrack Finegan Blue amulet: Beholder Pocket watch: Beholder or... someone else?
Coatrack Finnegan: A navy cloak (surrounds the coatrack) and floating above a black porkpie hat. Vigilante, hunting down Wilfred's people. A blue glow around his neck. The gem gives him the stats of a Planetar.
Wilfred: Head bad guy. Nice, friendly, complementary, asks you to help him out. First task: Sneak into bank and leave a letter for bank manager in his vault. Next task: Protect his henchman from Coatrack. He lost one of his lieutenants with the blue amulet (He dosn't know but in the forest. He suggests you ask at the potion shop).
Wilfred is trying to overthrow rest of thieves guild and take control. He gives you supplies to help you: 2-5 potions of haste, 4-8 potions of healing, scrolls: Find Traps, Identify, teleport, mirror image, chain lightning, Heal. 8 magic arrows, +3 damage.
Ward Carmen: Rich merchant. He used to own the stuff but sold most of it, and Coatrack was his janitor and took the green amulet. He used the banker (NAME?) to sell the stuff to make his riches.
