Patagonian Thunder Bird
Description
The largest of the Thunderbird sub species in South America and perhaps one of the most enigmatic of all is the Patagonian Thunderbird. Resembling the non anomalous King Vulture these Thunderbirds are one of the most dangerous of the subspecies.Morphology
Though not as large as their North American Cousins the Patagonian Thunderbird do still place among the largest of their species. Standing at around 10 metres tall, with a wingspan of roughly 19 metres gives these Thunderbirds an imposing stature. Unlike other subspecies however the Patagonian Thunderbird is much more of a Vulture than an Eagle. Most have likened the appearance of the Patagonian Thunderbird to that of a King Vulture, with a vivid two tone of creamy white and blackened umber. This stunning appearance is complimented by distinct bright orange, red, and yellow colouration upon the creature's face.Abilities
Patagonian Thunderbirds possess no unique Abilities compared to others of their species, nor do they show any mark able superiority in any one feat. Of course their ability to fly is without question, along with their Atmospheric Manipulation abilities. It should be noted however that Patagonian Thunderbirds are capable of flying further than their cousins.Behaviour and Psychology
There seems to be no abnormal behaviours or psychological traits present for this subspecies.Habitat & Diet
The Patagonian Thunderbird is unsurprisingly predominantly found in South America. Though other than the great range upon which they dwell there is little to no abnormality in the habitat and diet of the Patagonian Thunderbirds when compared with their cousins.Combat & Containment
There are no subspecies specific combat and containment protocols necessary for Patagonian Thunderbirds. Though it should be noted that Patagonian Thunderbirds are larger than many other subspecies, leading to a small increase in damage resistance.Footnotes
