Moon Calendar
In the early ages, researchers calculated out the moon cycles based on what they observed. With these observations, they could map out the cycles of the moon for future years. As such most people in the land have had access to moon calendars for centuries, long before the Post Magic era began. However with the officially founding of the Church of the Moon these calendars gain new purpose in the practices of the religion.
Utility
This is mostly used with in the Church of the Moon wher it is used to map out the lunar events such as the Great Lunar Festal and the Night of no Moons.
This calendar is also used with in the church and by the Albenis people as a way to for tell the future and fate of people. When a child is named in the Birth Ceremony it often times named in based on the moon phases if they are special. And they get a fate reading that is also based on the moon phases at the time of the birth.
Access & Availability
This calendar is of the moon phases is widely known, especially in the southern regions where the Albenis live.
Complexity
Only basic arithmetic is used to calculated the moon phases farther, using the knowledge that the Dark Moon has a cycle of 46 days, and the Light Moon has a 34 day cycle.
