Alasara

Alasara is known as The Land of Conflict. With the two world superpowers at odds, with another sub-faction on the rise. There is Kessa, home to the Saviors Arcanum. Their leader and the city's namesake, Myrian Sarith Kessa III, believes that the gods of the realm have no right to manipulate with the Material Plane. The beings that reside in Material Plane, call it their home, should be the only ones that control what will happen. On the opposite side of the spectrum resides Kor Tarim, home to the Divine Immunity and their leader, Faelyn Solaris. Their mission is to protect the gods and to not let control fall into Kessa's hands. The third power, The Bronze Partizans, have a very similar goal as the Divine Immunity. However, The Bronze Partizans aren't nearly as nice to deal with. They are the extremists of the divine. They fight adamantly for their gods' protection, to no end. Alasara is such a young world, yet there is so much conflict so soon.   The Second Great War came to a grinding stop after the Saviors Arcanum devastated the once consecrated city of Samae. A device, no larger than a chair was snuck into the capital by means of teleportation. Then in an instant, half the city was gone. The device unearthed an arcane explosion that destroyed nearly the entire city. That wasn't all the device was for, however. While the explosion had an enormous amount of force behind it, the explosion wasn't hot, there was no fire. The primary effect of the device was to start a nearly eternal winter on the surrounding area, which happened in an instant. This was three years ago. Neither city has attempted any hostile actions, at least that has been seen in the public eye.
