Cimmerius Shade

Cimmerius is the architect of Queenshaven, which burned down almost completely a couple of years ago. Queen Eleanor Rani of Farenia gave him the official title "Architect of Queenshaven" at the ceremony for the end of Queenshaven's reconstruction.
Lately, Cimmerius is constructing armour for the armies of the Farenian Empire.
Rumour: Cimmerius burned down Queenshaven to rebuild it from scratch and had had the plans finished before the fire already.
