AI's are not our worst nightmare (chg later)

It's a time that artificial intelligence has been illegalized to use, maintain and create. If the government found you to do said actions they might kill you or kidnap you or make you nonexistent from the world.   Our main character is a doctor who doesn't believe the evil of AI's and he thinks if they were educated and programmed well, like being emotional but logical; harmless and genius... if that could ever happen they can just be our best version of selves.
