Wheelwright's Guild

Korrus 2 in Mienica's Throat is home to the Wheelwright's Guild. It's comprised of mostly dwarven engineers, with some human and half-elven arcane practitioners, and a diverse group of laborers. The job is well-liked among those who are strong and in need, regardless of race. There's a good deal of comradery between the laborers, as they come from all over and have found a good, steady job here.
The machinery for the waterwheel is primarily dwarven in nature and generates a great deal of energy, which powers many of the lifts in the city. The Guild runs the waterwheel on Korrus 2, but also a wheel that is deep in the rock, which uses The Fall to generate both energy from the force of the water but also arcane energy from the strange Vee Onnistus (water blessing) which converts the ocean water to freshwater deep in the rock between Korrus 1 and 2.
