Korrus 5

Korrus 5 is a rough and sprawling level of the Throat, a place where many of Mienica’s undesirables, outcasts, and struggling citizens find themselves, similar to the Keldris. It is a place of opportunity for some and a dead-end for others. The streets are dimly lit, the air heavy with the scent of damp stone, metal, and cooking fires. It has a distinct culture, formed by a mix of those who seek to escape their past and those who have no choice but to endure.
This Korrus is a melting pot, with communities of dwarves, tieflings, stout halflings, and humans carving out neighborhoods among the darkened streets and cavernous halls. The Monastery of the Veiled Eclipse and The Trench, the city’s infamous prison, are two of the most notable locations here.
As it's the bottom most Korrus of Mienica, it's a below average distance from korrus 4, but has a large drop down to the Keldris of about 130 feet.
The top floor of The Trench connects with the korrus by way of a highly secured bridge on the top floor of the prison.

Halfdown

A halfling ghetto on the southeast side of the korrus. Everything is built to scale, which makes it traversable to gnomes and halflings, but much more difficult to larger folks.
Hall of the Halflings - The central hall of the halfling ghetto. It stands as both a tavern, a place of worship to Yondalla, and a singular building for community gatherings.
