Travar

Travar is one of the area's most ancient and mysterious cities. It has a white stone wall and soaring towers. It prospers under the leadership of the Magistrate's Council, and is known as the City of Commerce. The peole of Travar are merchants before anything else.
In the Second Theran War, the city attempted to remain neutral and profited from both sides. In the aftermath, the city finds itself in a more prominent position, with foreign agents infiltrating the city to attempt to influence the Founding

Government

The Magistrate Council is a triumverate of powerful merchants. Seats on the council are determined in an annual Founding Tournament, and potential magistrates hire teams of adepts to compete on their behalf.
