Raiment of Klarith

This outfit was once owned by the famous Troubador Klarith, who provided the elven courts prior to the Scourge. She brokered many peace treaties, and is considered one of the greatest elven diplomats of all time. Without a thread attached to it, the raiment appears to be a torn and tattered silk blouse. Once a thread is attached, it becomes a beautiful silk forest-green shirt of obvious elven design, in the old style of the Wyrmwood Court.
