Jerris

Jerris is located on the western edge of Barsaive between the Poison Forest and the Llaj Jungle. The city is almost constantly beset by rains of ash blowin in from The Wastes , resulting in a dirty, depressing feel for the entire city. The sun rarely breaks through the clouds and even when it does it does little to lift the spirits of the city's inhabitants. Despite this, Jerris is a merchant power and home to one of the largest Airships construction facilities in all of Barsaive. After the Second Theran War, when Kingdom of Throal was most weakened, the government of Iopos took control of thecity.
