Controlling the mid-reach of the Serpent River , from Lake Ban up to the disputed territory near Lake Vors, this T'skrang Aropagoi is old and powerful, based out of the Cliff City built on the walls of the Lalai Gorge betwen the Throal Mountains and the Cacavic Mountains. They consider House Ishkarot to be rivals at best and enemies at worst and the have also formed an allience with the Elf, Blood of the Blood Wood .
