Hand of Corruption

The Hand of Corruption is a secret society that believes that the world's cycles of magic, an consequentially the Scourge, are natural processes which should be allowed to run its course. They seek to complete the work of the Scourge and destroy all Namegivers and their civilizations. To do so they follow different strategies.
Undermining societies are the tasks of the Brokers, non-adepts or adepts without major fighting capabilities who sabotage a society's infrastructure with the intent of leading it to collapse. They poison water supplies or subtly bring Namegivers upa gainst one another. They also coordinate larger operations, gather information and prepare for the work of the feared Assassins. Many of them travel Barsaive, but another are located in important places.
