Ghagin's Grandchildren

Small even for a dwarf, Ghagin is scrawny and old. He runs a gang made up of children who are trained to beg, shoplift, pickpocket and break and enter. The gang operates out of The Scrabbles . The children have a odd habit of seemingly disappearing and reappearing throughout Kratas at will.
