Basic Information

Biological Traits

Elven facial features are symmetrical, almost uncannily so and even other races tend to find them attractive. Skin color can vary from almost pure white to tan, brown and even midnight black. Some rare elves are pale green or an iriescent color called cetharel. Elven body hair is fine and sparse, but facial and head hair is commonly luxuriant with colors ranging from white-blond to brown and balck. Blue, violet or metallic hair colors are rare, but not unheard of.

Elven ears are long and pointed, and they move with a natural grace. Their build is slight, so they are more susceptible to injury than many other races.

Social Structure

Elves revere nature adn beautiy and have an affinity for magic and the natural world. They prefer living in open areas, especially ones tha tblend into the environment. These traits, along with their keen vision and grace, result in artists and magicians being common.

Elves are loyal mainly to their family, with weaker ties to their tribe or nation, though many elves view their village or town as an extended family.
